We enquire at the time of booking for you to let us know if you are a female travelling alone and would like your journey to be tracked.
Our control room will immediately track your journey to ensure you know you are being looked after and if required have the number of the person waiting for you at the other end. If there are traffic delays we will ensure they remain aware of your progress.
